Our Osteopaths

With decades of experience working to help improve their patients health Ismet and Louise are both well qualified to give you the best osteopathic care. They enjoy treating patients of all ages, from little babies to nonegarians!

Both our osteopaths are committed to helping you feel valued, cared for and listened to, and will give you a clear understanding of what is happening and how best to improve your health.

Ismet Rasul

Osteopath

Ismet graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with a BSc degree in Osteopathy in 2005. She has also completed a post graduate cranial osteopathy course and is trained in medical acupuncture. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) which is a legal requirement for all practising osteopaths.

Ismet is an experienced osteopath having treated patients of all ages ranging from new-born babies to the elderly and patients from a wide range of occupations from office workers to ballet dancers.

Thanks to her comprehensive training, skills and experience, Ismet is able to offer her patients an excellent therapeutic treatment. This includes help and support with treatment, exercise prescription and aftercare, all of which are essential to rapid recovery and long term wellbeing. Ismet prides herself on her friendly and caring manner while providing gentle but effective treatment tailored to the individual needs of her patients.

“I have always followed an active lifestyle and currently enjoy cycling, swimming, running and yoga. Yoga interests me in particular as I think it compliments osteopathy very well”.

Louise graduated from the University College of Osteopathy with a distinction and has a particular interest in structural osteopathy and the management of sports injuries. Having worked as a personal trainer for 12 years she is able to provide insight into specific areas such as nutrition and training programming.

Louise’s treatment approach is patient-centered and seeks to integrate your goals and priorities into a tailored treatment plan that will increase your capacity to heal and adapt. With manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation and education, her aim is to get you back to full health and movement.

Louise believes in patient collaboration and will always explain the diagnosis and treatment plan. She thrives on empowering her patients to commit to the process of recovery and make healthy lifestyles choices for optimal outcomes.

Outside of osteopathy, Louise enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle through teaching fitness classes, playing snooker and immersive experiences.
